As of today, and retroactive to our incorporation in the State of New Jersey, the Creation Science Hall of Fame (CSHOF) is now a 501(c)(3) public charity.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) so certified in a formal letter that CSHOF President Nick Lally received today.
Text of the IRS letter to CSHOF
This letter specifically says:
- The Creation Science Hall of Fame (CSHOF) is a tax-exempt public charity within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Donations made to CSHOF are tax-deductible. Furthermore, CSHOF is eligible to benefit from any bequests, devices, or other philanthropic gifts.
